Beckwith Chapman Associates collaborated with Lincoln Street Studio Architects
for this Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority project. When completed, the
New Village Homes project will reflect the diverse land use, architectural
character and population of the surrounding Italian Village Neighborhood. While
the New Village Homes are based upon the design principles of the existing
neighborhood, the project team was careful to compliment history rather than
replicate it. Special attention was given to scale, material and placement both
in the architecture and site design.
