EAST PARK PLACE Oxford, OH A 6,800 sq ft urban mixed-use development was the first new building project on Oxford’s historic Uptown square in over a decade. The project includes retail space on the street and lower levels with townhouse apartments on the second and third floors. Project completion took only 10 months from schematic design to building occupancy. |
